Must be set by the first programmed attendant. (ext.100)

    a.  Dial [692] on the dial pad.  Confirmation tone is heard

    b.  Enter date and time as follows:

YYMMDDHHMM

    -YY = year (00-99)

    -MM = month (01-12)

    -DD = day (01-31)

    -HH = hour (00-23)

    -MM = minute (00-59)

When the correct number of digits are entered, confirmation tone will be heard and the display will update.

1. From with users mailbox, press "7" to access administrator functions. If the mailbox is not in the supervisor class of service, the system will prompt for the administrator password. (for admin password contact us)

2. Press "8" wich will bring you to system administration

3. Press "4" for system date or time

4. Follow system prompts for changing date and time
