You can program the system clock to maintain current date and time information. The time and date appear on the LCD speakerphone for display.

TO SET THE SYSTEM CLOCK FROM THE ATTENDANT'S STATION:

1. Press INTERCOM
2. DIAL *#01
3. DIAL two digits (00-99) for the year
4. DIAL two digits (01-12) for the month
5. DIAL two digits (01-31) for the day
6. DIAL two digits (01-23) for the hour
7. DIAL two digits (00-59) for the minutes
8. Press Speaker to end

Verbatim

1. At the keyboard press the "Esc" button
2. Exit to DOS
3. Enter password (for admin password contact us)
4. Enter DOS COMMANDS "Date" & "Time"
5. Type "Verbatim" to restart system
